  • What kind of payments do you accept?
    All major credit cards. Cash, Vemno and Paypal are also accepted. We do not accept checks.
  • How do I place an order?
    Book online : Once you click on a product it will take you to a new window that will allow you to put in your rental home, condo, or hotel address. Please enter your rental home address here as this will be where the rentals will be delivered. Choose the items you want and then check out! Please give us a call if you need help with anything! Book over the phone : Call 239-380-0960. We are open 7 days a week 7am - 7pm. Email us : We are not set up to currently accommodate same day services. Please call us and we will do our best. Please note if you're renting a boat from a local marina, we will deliver directly to the marina for the day of your boat rental.
  • When will my items be delivered?
    At the time you do the booking you'll provide the address for delivery (rental home/condo/hotel). We will have everything in your order ready at the address that YOU provided. Don't get in until the afternoon? No problem! Call or text us (239-380-0960) when you arrive to your destination and we will meet you there. All deliveries are FREE! Deliveries are typically dropped off between 7 AM and 8 AM on the first day of your rental. No deliveries or pick ups after 6:30 PM. All deliveries are made to the exterior of the building. We will send a photo of the delivery and location if you are not present at the time of drop off. Please note if your renting a boat from a local marina, we can deliver directly to the marina for the day of your boat rental.
  • What if I need to adjust or add to my rental order?
    If you need to add items to your order please call/text (239) 380-0960 or email ASAP.
  • What happens if I break or lose an item I rented?
    All rental items are inspected by the Osprey Beach Company Staff and left in working order upon drop off. Customers agree to pay to replace rental items lost, damaged, or stolen while in their possession. Replacement costs will be charged to the renter’s credit card. For this reason, we ask that you inspect all equipment upon your arrival. If you find a problem with your order, please call/text (239) 380-0960 as soon as possible. We will have your issue taken care of in a timely manner.
  • What should I do with the rental items on the day of departure?
    On the night before departure, beach rental items should be rinsed off with fresh water. This process helps with corrosion from the salt and sand. On the day of your departure please leave all rental items where they were found on the day of arrival by 9:00AM. There will be a $50 charge if the Osprey Beach Company has to retrieve any items inside of a vacation home and/or garage. You can call us anytime at 239-380-0960 for pick up (typically within the hour).
  • I was hoping to rent an item that you don't carry- can you get it for me?
    Just let us know what you're looking for and we will do our best to get it for you. Email us at
  • The weather has prevented us from using our rented equipment. Am I entitled to a refund?
    Southwest Florida weather can be unpredictable. Unfortunately, we do not issue refunds or discounts due to bad weather.
  • How can I get a discount?
    We offer multi-day discounts up to 6 days. The longer you rent the more you save. Check out the bundles we offer, this is a GREAT way to save the most money!
  • What if I place an order but when I arrive at my vacation home I discover I do not need it?
    When you arrive at your vacation home to discover the items you have rented from Osprey Beach Company are not needed, there will be a $25 Return Fee. We will be happy to pick up the item(s) for you and reimburse you for the order minus the $25 Return Fee.
  • How long can I rent the equipment?
    We offer 1 - 6 day rentals on everything we offer. If you want to rent something longer than 6 days, please reach out to us at (239) 380-0960 and we will work with you on a price. The Osprey Beach Company staff will deliver to your vacation home on the day of your arrival and pick up on the day of your departure. Please note, the staff at Osprey Beach Company does not set up or take down beach chairs or umbrellas on a DAILY basis. We do offer setup/breakdown and price is based on size of the event. Quotes are over the phone or by text. We are not set up to currently accommodate same day services. Please call us and we will do our best.
  • Can I customize a beach package/bundle?
    We are happy to customize a package for your needs. Please reach out to us at (239) 380-0960 or email us at and let us help you make your vacation a little easier. Not to mention the more items you add to your custom bundle the more money you will save!
